Last week, travelled to Portland, Oregon and had the chance to sample Buick’s new LaCrosse. All new for 2017, the LaCrosse has a longer wheelbase, new engine, an a interior quieter than a flea’s hiccup.
My full review can be found over on The Truth About Cars, where I describe in detail what Buick is doing differently this time around to try and appeal to a younger (yet affluent) demographic. So, too, will you find my thoughts on the disparity of available options between the model available here in North America compared to the one on sale in China.
Many thanks are extended to The Truth About Cars for asking me to cover this event and to General Motors for providing travel and lodging while I was in Portland. Buick engineers constantly reminded us they benchmarked the Lexus ES350. Can the LaCrosse hang with the best from Japan? Read my full story to find out.
